Feature

Repair ticketing & device tracking

Replace paper job sheets and WhatsApp updates with one live ticket per device — so nobody ever loses track of a repair or a customer again.

One ticket per device

Log the fault, customer, quote and technician the moment a device comes in.

Live status, every stage

Booked, diagnosed, in repair, ready to collect — with a record of who moved it and when.

Automatic customer emails

The customer is emailed when the job is booked in and again when it's ready to collect. SMS updates are on the roadmap.

Nothing gets lost

Every device is accounted for on a shelf with a searchable history.

In your shop

How it actually runs.

  1. 1

Book it in at the counter

Take the customer's details, the device, the reported fault and the quote. The ticket exists before they've left the shop, and they're emailed a confirmation so there's no argument later about what was said.

  2. 2

    Work it through the bench

Move the job along as you go. Parts used come off stock, notes stay on the ticket, and anyone covering the counter can see where a device is up to without asking the technician who booked it.

  3. 3

    Hand it back

Mark it ready and the customer is emailed. Check out on the same ticket, so the repair, the parts and the payment all end up on one record instead of three.

What it replaces
  • Paper job sheets that get smudged, lost or binned
  • A WhatsApp thread that only one person can see
  • "Has anyone seen the Samsung?" across the workshop
The outcome

No more lost devices, disputed jobs or status living in one person's phone.

Questions

What owners ask us.

What happens if a customer disputes what they were quoted?
The quote, the reported fault and every status change are on the ticket with a timestamp and the person who made it. You can show exactly what was agreed and when, rather than relying on memory.
Can a technician see everything, or only their own jobs?
That's down to the role you give them. Owners, managers and technicians each get their own permissions, and those are enforced on our servers — not just hidden in the interface.
Does the customer get updates at every stage?
Today they're emailed twice: when the job is booked in, and when it's ready to collect. Per-stage updates and SMS are on our roadmap — we'd rather tell you what sends now than imply more.
