Does it handle the ID requirements for buying second-hand?
You capture the seller's details and ID document against the purchase, and it stays on the record. Who can view those documents is controlled by role — it isn't open to everyone in the shop.
Can I see what margin I made on a device?
The purchase cost is recorded against every device and shown alongside it, so you can see cost against resale price. A dedicated margin report is on the roadmap.
Is trade-in on every plan?
It's on Professional and above. Starter covers the counter, tickets, stock and special orders, and you can move up when buying and selling becomes part of the business.
